Warm welcome and comfy stay

Had a pretty solid experience! The staff were super friendly, especially at late night check-in. The hotel was clean, and loved that the water got hot right away! Breakfast was decent with a nice range of options. Just wish the pool had been open. that was a bummer for the kids.

I loved that the hotel was just a short drive from the Haymarket District, a great spot for dining and shopping, and the Lincoln Children's Museum, which was perfect for a fun family outing, and my room was also clean and comfortable during my stay, making it easy to recharge after my city walks.

I had a reservation that allowed dogs, but when I checked in, they put me on the third floor and informed me I couldn't stay there with my pet. I had to go back and switch to the first floor, which was inconvenient.

Excellent place with free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I recall the staff helping me find my route on my first stay. Highly recommend for a comfortable visit. I’ll be back for a city break!
